During the summer, your pool builder may have as many as 15 or more pools under construction at any given time, and this heavy workload may take a toll on the amount of attention they can give your project. Since fall is off-season, there are not so many projects going on, and you have a better chance of getting your builder’s undivided attention for any concerns or questions you may have.

Ideal Weather and Ground Conditions

Fall offers dry ground compared to the unexpected showers of spring. This is better for the installation process which may go faster and without much interruption. In addition, the pool building equipment should have less chance of creating big ruts and sinking when there’s dry ground. Finally, fall is ideal for planting flower bulbs and trees. Therefore, you can lay down new plants and grass over areas affected by the construction and have them ready to bloom by next spring.
