Initial Consultation
The first thing that pool builders do is provide you with a consultation. This is where they'll help you select a pool if you wish and if you've already got one picked out, then they'll let you know the steps you'll have to take to install it where you want it. They'll include information on leveling the area where you want to place the pool, how much it'll cost for the complete installation and any financing options they offer for payment of their services.
Installation Process
The actual installation process consists of leveling the ground, constructing the sides of the pool and installing the liner. The ease or difficulty of these tasks depends upon both how level the selected area is as well the type of pool being installed. Once it's in place, then the filter and pump system will have to be installed and the pool filled with water.
Landscaping and Extras
Then, there's the option of including some landscaping elements. Many people like to have an outdoor living area by their pool complete with an outdoor kitchen, waterfall, ponds, potted plants, bridges, pergolas and more. Any of these add-ons may be installed after the pool's installation is complete.
